Different types of auxins as well as novel cytokinins will be applied in the proliferation phase of Norway spruce SE. Their effect will be tracked on several levels: anatomical (assessment of the number and viability of early embryos), biochemical (the content of endogenous phytohormones, redox status assessment), and molecular-biological (tracking selected gene expression by quantitative PCR). |
